Submission of an article implies that the work has not been published previously,
that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by
all authors, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere without the
written consent of the Publisher. Articles must be written in good English.
All manuscripts are refereed by two anonymous referees, the editor revealing no
information about the identity of the author of the manuscript (double blind review system).
Their suggestions are sent to the authors who will revise the manuscript, if necessary.
Manuscripts not accepted for publication are not returned to the authors.
Author(s) will receive 20 off-prints free of charge.
Due to printing restrictions, we cannot send galley proofs to authors. Therefore, the manuscripts
should be carefully prepared, according to the instructions below. The editors reserve the right to reject any manuscript that does not conform to the standards.
Authors are requested to send to the editorial board electronically prepared manuscript in duplicate.
Manuscripts should be prepared using LaTeX with the amsart document class.
Authors are requested to follow the arrangements in a recent issue for sections,
headings, equations, tables, figures and references.
