Registration and submission of abstracts

The conference fee is 100 EUR. It covers the conference package, refreshments, a copy of the abstract volume, and the conference dinner. The fee for accompanying persons for the conference dinner is 40 EUR.
The payment will be made by cash at the local Registration Desk. This will be open between 9:00 - 10:15 on Monday, July 7 and Tuesday, July 8.

If you intend to give a short talk, please prepare the text of the abstract (you will be prompted to upload it during registration). We would also like to know in advance if you plan to participate in the organized trip.

After having processed your registration, your name, affiliation, the title of your talk (if any) and a downloadable version of the abstract will appear on the list of registered participants (usually within 3 working days).

New: We have extended the deadline for submission of abstracts until June 15, 2008.

If you need to change your data concerning the registration, you can send an email to aga.team.cluj AT gmail DOT com. Please send your abstract to this adress, too (if you don't submit it at registration).
